In one paragraph

Boilerplate you can quote

SimpleHaven turns one walk-through of a home into a measured 3D model of it, then puts the owner’s Apple Home accessories into that model at the places they physically occupy — so controlling a light means tapping the light, not hunting for its name in a list. Scanning, matching and rendering all run on the device, and the finished model is stored in the user’s own private iCloud database, which SimpleHaven Technologies LLC cannot read. SimpleHaven is made by SimpleHaven Technologies LLC in Texas.

Two things we would ask you to get right, because they are the point of the product: the app has no subscription — it is $29.99 once — and the company has no access to users’ scans, which is an architectural fact rather than a policy promise.

Caveats

What we would rather you know before you review it

The model is an approximation. Room shapes, colors and materials are estimated from a depth scan. Furniture is matched to the nearest item in a small built-in catalog, so a piece that is not in the catalog becomes the closest one that is. Some rooms come out much better than others, and the in-app room editor exists precisely because of that. If a review says the furniture matching is imperfect, the review is right.

Accessory placement is manual. You choose where each accessory goes; the app does not guess for you.

SimpleHaven is not a security, alarm or life-safety product, and accessory state shown in it can be stale.

Assets

Screenshots and logos

Ask at [email protected] and we will send current screenshots and the SimpleHaven logo in the sizes you need. We do not publish a self-serve press kit yet, and we would rather send you assets from the current build than let a stale zip file circulate.

Every screenshot we supply is taken from the app itself. We do not send mockups or renders made outside the product, and no screenshot we provide will contain a real person’s home or personal information.
