SimpleHaven Technologies LLC is a Texas limited liability company. We named it Simple because that was the hard part.
Why
A house is a physical place
Smart home apps mostly show you a list. A list is fine when you have four accessories and hopeless when you have forty — you end up scrolling through names you invented eighteen months ago, trying to remember which lamp “Lamp 3” is, and tapping the wrong one to find out.
We think the software that runs a house should know the house. So SimpleHaven starts from the building. Measure it properly with the depth sensor already in your phone. Put each accessory where it actually is. Then let people reach for a light the way they do when they are standing in the room — by pointing at it.
That is the whole idea. Everything else in the app exists to serve it.
How we work
Three commitments
Your home data is yours, and we designed ourselves out of it
There is no SimpleHaven account and no SimpleHaven server holding your scans. Your model lives in your own private iCloud database. We could not read it if we wanted to, and we built it that way on purpose — a company that cannot access your floor plan cannot lose it, leak it or be compelled to hand it over. The privacy policy spells out exactly what does reach us, which is essentially your purchase receipt and any email you choose to send.
One price, no subscription
SimpleHaven is $29.99 once. Not per month. Not per year. Not per room. We would rather sell you a thing you own than rent you access to your own house. And we commit in the Terms not to move a feature you already paid for behind a higher paywall later.
We say what the app actually does
Scanning a home with a phone is genuinely hard, and this app gets things wrong. Furniture is matched to the closest item in a small catalog. Colors are inferred. Some rooms come out better than others. We would rather tell you that here than have you discover it after paying. Everything described on this site is something the app does today, not something planned.

Status
Where the product is
SimpleHaven for iPhone and iPad is not yet on the App Store. Everything described on this site is what the app does today, not what we hope it will do — the pages here describe a working product, not a plan for one. There is no waiting list to join and no email list to sign up for — if you want to be told when it reaches the App Store, write to [email protected] and we will keep your address for that and nothing else.
